    User experience (UX) focuses on deeply understanding users, what they need, value, abilities, and limitations. It also considers the business goals and objectives of the group managing the project. UX best practices promote improving the quality of the user’s interaction with and perceptions of your product and related services.

    How is the UI/UX Audit conducted?

    1st level: UX Consulting starts with the UX consultants receiving the audit target with access to the appropriate stakeholders and conducting an interview to understand the audit goals that are expected to be met. Based on the information received from the stakeholders, the audit is conducted appropriately to pursue the established goals.

    2nd level: UX consultants receive the audit target with access to the appropriate stakeholders and have the ability to use additional tools to examine users’ behavior. This level of audit takes more time because UX Consultants have to collect data from the stakeholders and users that will use the audit target.

    To receive the necessary amount of data and conduct an analysis, it is necessary to collect from 5 to 40 audit target visitors (depending on the target type) to provide appropriate recommendations and maintain reliable audit results.

    The UI/UX Audit is conducted based on the studies of Nielsen Norman Group, UI/UX best practices, and our experience.
