We are looking for a Cybersecurity Expert to join us as a part-time consultant. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in cybersecurity and be able to support presales activities, conduct technical interviews, and assist in developing skill-set matrices. This is a flexible consulting role, not a full-time position within the company.
Your responsibilities
- Provide cybersecurity expertise and risk insights to support pre-sales efforts
- Conduct technical interviews to evaluate cybersecurity candidates
- Assist in the development and refinement of skill-set matrices for cybersecurity roles
- Perform penetration tests as required
- Consult and mentor an existing team of engineers
Requirements
- Strong experience in cybersecurity, including threat analysis, risk assessment, and security setup
- Up-to-date with cybersecurity trends, compliance rules, and best practices
- Experience in penetration testing and security assessments
- Ability to assess and define security needs for IT environments
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and provide expert guidance as needed
- Candidate must provide references to verify real commercial experience
Cooperation conditions
- Part-time consulting role based on business needs
- Flexible availability for presales discussions, interviews, and advisory sessions
- Compensation based on an agreed hourly rate or per deliverable
- Remote collaboration with occasional meetings as required
