At least a bachelor’s degree
At least five (3) years of outbound IT services selling experience, preferably in amid-size software company environment
Specific experience managing a team in an outbound selling
Fluent English skills
No obstacles for getting visas and traveling abroad
Experience in Hubspot CRM and Sales
Experience of living in USA or other English-speaking country
Outbound IT services selling to overseas (USA, Canada, Israel, Germany, UK,Australia, New Zealand, Singapore).
Onsite visits to potential customers.
Providing leadership to the Outbound Software Development Sales team.
Overseeing daily team activities including Presales Managers.
Writing and/or approving new scripts and sales presentations.
Making monthly, quarterly and yearly reports with all KPI’s in mind.
Generating and instituting new ideas to improve operations.
Training new and existing Team Members for top performance within our environment.
Evaluating Team Members, providing positive input, listening to their suggestions, and following through as promised.
Making departmental decisions in the absence of the supervisor
You will develop plans and programs that motivate the Outbound IT Sales team toward greater achievement. It will be your goal to increase sales of our software development services, with an emphasis on maximizing profitability and volume — while also ensuring that our customers experience the quality services that Artelogic is aiming for in a first hand.
