  • We are looking for a Senior Software Developer for our client – a highly specialized, financially sound and growing IT company in Aachen, Germany. Added value is that they tailor cloud solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment for the specific needs of the customers.
    In the Cloud Collaboration team, they develop web apps based on modern cloud products, as well as individual solutions to increase productivity in globally operating companies. The conception and programming of these systems are as much a part of our tasks as the consultation and coordination with the customer.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development
    • Experience in dealing with cloud services
    • Advanced knowledge in:

      • Web architectures and web standards
      • Software development with programming languages:TypeScript, C#, PowerShell or similar
      • Agile project management
    • Experience with servers (Windows/Linux) or computer networks
    • Willingness to make a difference and willingness to take responsibility for work results in customer projects
    • Desire for teamwork and communication
    • Structured thinking and enjoying problem-solving 
    • Good command of English, both written and spoken

    Responsibilities

    • Software development in the programming languages TypeScript, C# and PowerShell including numerous frameworks such as React.JS, Redux, ASP.NET MVC, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), .NET Framework and .NET Core
    • Design and development of application infrastructures based on Microsoft Azure
    • Development of applications in Microsoft 365 especially with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
    • Automation of business processes with Power Automate, Logic Apps and web services to connect customer-specific systems via API
    • Understand customer’s requirements (user stories) and implement a solution with tests (manual and automated)
    • Participate in meetings during agile projects
    • Assumption of responsibility for results of work packages and detailing of these into tasks to be completed;
    • Implementation and support of migration projects
    • Participate in video/audio conferences and workshops (remote) to determine and concertize customer requirements
