Senior Data Scientist

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in data science roles, with significant experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Technical Skills: 
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, NoSQL, graph databases (Neo4j);
• Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop);
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow;
• Statistical Analysis: Strong foundation in statistics, including regression analysis, probability, hypothesis testing, and statistical inference. Ability to apply statistical rigor to validate model outcomes and enhance data insights
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• AI Expertise: Demonstrable experience applying AI techniques such as predictive modeling, NLP, or computer vision to real-world applications

Responsibilities

• Data Strategy and Insight Generation: Develop and implement data strategies to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from client interactions and product usage. Provide recommendations for product enhancements based on data-driven insights
• AI Integration: Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven models to automate, enhance, and innovate our product’s data-processing capabilities. Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to identify patterns and trends
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer success teams to integrate AI and data science solutions seamlessly within the product ecosystem
• Data Management: Oversee data governance, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations. Establish data pipelines and improve data quality standards
